We welcome commissions for personal or corporate gifting. Clients we have created bespoke objects for include Pope Benedict XVI, The Royal Haesomite Court of Jordan, The Royal Engineers, The Birmingham Assay Office, Garrards of Mayfair.
Initial Design
We follow the same process for all projects which starts with a conversation to discuss the brief and where possible a visit to the studio to meet and talk through the proposed commission. We’ll discuss who the object is for, look at materials and techniques, and where possible you can view examples.
We can create a few design options which we’ll discuss in sketch format
Final Design and Making
On agreement of a selected design we will refine and perfect in both sketch format and if appropriate, as sampling. Once the final design has been confirmed we will begin making the piece in the studio, if you’d like to be involved in the making we can send you updates throughout the process. Time to design and make depend on the complexity of the design and materials.
